Check-in

Official check-in time is 4:00PM Eastern. You're reading this, so entry must've gone without a hitch, excellent! As for specific check-in instructions - there aren't any... We just ask that you message in the app to let us know you've arrived.

To keep this home manual concise we chose to include only the most frequent questions and items you might need out of the gate. If you need a hand with something not in the home manual don't hesitate to ask in the app!

Check-out

Official check-out time is 10:00AM Eastern. If you need more time, please let us know as far in advance as you can. We'll see what we can do to accommodate.

    Put dishes in the dishwasher
    Clean any spills that may have occurred
    Clear the fridge and shelves of any food you brought with you
    Put all trash in the rolling garbage can outside of garage
    Check to make sure you have all your clothes
    Check the bathroom(s) for personal items
    If you rented a pontoon, is it returned Anchor in Marina?
    Send a message in the app when you've left so we can contact housekeeper
