Vacation

Before we leave the house for travel or vacation, run through this checklist so everything at home is handled while we're away. Add or adjust items here as we figure out what we always need to do before a trip.

Before you go

    Thermostat set for away
    Doors and windows locked
    Garage door closed
    Trash taken out
    Fridge cleared of anything that won't keep
    Houseplants watered (or care arranged)
    Mail and packages handled
    Battery charger for pontoon is plugged in and battery selector switch set to "OFF"
